Built around a static base camp, this fully participant-led week transforms strangers from across the UK into a tight-knit, high-performing team.
A Participant-Led Experience
You run the show. On Monday, the week kicks off with a collaborative planning session where your group designs the week's itinerary and builds a custom meal plan within a set budget—ensuring all dietary requirements are catered to. Every day, you will take on a distinct leadership role within a smaller subgroup—from leading activities to managing catering—giving you hands-on experience in leadership, communication and event management.

Group-Chosen Daytime Activities: Craft your schedule from options including canoeing, lake walks, mountain hikes, navigation, team challenges and bushcraft fire-lighting.
Hands-On Outdoor Cooking: Put your menu plan into action. Master diverse cooking methods, including a pizza oven, BBQ and portable camping stoves.
Flexible Evenings: Tailor your evening activity as a team—whether that means winding down with camp games, taking a twilight walk or tackling an extra team challenge.
